In short: free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour starts, with a full refund. No refund for later cancellations or no-shows. If we cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund.

Cancelling your tour

24 hours or more before the start time: free cancellation with a full refund to the card you paid with.

Less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-show: no refund.

The 24 hours are counted back from the confirmed start time, in local time at the tour destination.

Changing your date or time

Message us on WhatsApp as early as possible. Changes are free when we have availability and you ask at least 24 hours before the original start time.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel (for example because of extreme weather or an emergency), we tell you as soon as possible and you choose a new date or a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made through Stripe to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show the refund. The merchant name is Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC.

Bookings on other platforms

If you booked through another platform, such as Viator or Tripadvisor, that platform's cancellation and refund policy applies and the refund is made by that platform.
